In order to ensure continuity of production and short delivery time, we have our own modern and well-equipped storage facility of total area 2500m2. Envisaged quantities of raw materials to be stored: chipboards, CPL, HPL laminates, adhesives etc., will satisfy at least two-month margin for the production needs. All supplies to the warehouse undergo detailed quantitative and qualitative verification, to eliminate any defects or raw material impurities at the very beginning.
The production process begins in the sizing section, which is fitted with fully automated Giben saw for cutting board and laminate. Sized components, following the required seasoning and initial quality control, are passed to the modern and fully automated production line for further processing.

Finishing trimming and milling of the edges is performed by a double-ended Ima-FBA tenoner, which is additionally fitted with grinding appliances ensuring top quality surface finish to satisfy most demanding quality requirements of our clients. After that, the components are passed to Burkle press line; the adhesive, balance paper and laminates are applied automatically, while the boards are handled. So prepared components are compressed by the stroke press.

After leaving the press, the semi-products undergo another quality check. Following the quality assessment in automated handling system supplied by German Kraft, the components are transported to double-ended Ima-combina postforming machine, in which the finished product is obtained: edge finishing and edge banding, thermo-processing of laminate on the worktop edges, back edge finishing, finishing the balance paper and laminate joint.

After leaving the machine, the component side edges are finished and sized as necessary to desired length. So finished product undergoes another quality verification, and – if any defects are found – it is stored in a special buffer store.
Products of approved quality are transported to unloading portal, for packaging and storage in the finished product warehouse. In the finished product warehouse, the entire pack of components is finally tested for quality, marked, packaged and prepared for shipment. Our products can be supplied by truck, rail or by sea, both in Poland and abroad.
So designed, fully integrated manufacturing process, ensures very high efficiency without compromise for product quality and all production-related safety requirements.
