Tops surface is covered in HPL or CPL laminate made up to the standard EN 438.

The units’ underside is covered in ant pressure paper. Alternatively, it could be the ant pressure film or the laminate, according to the customer’s needs.

The point of contact between HPL (or CPL) laminate and ant pressure paper is safeguarded with the PUR glue. Alternatively, it could be safeguarded with a varnish, according to the customer’s needs.

Back edge is safeguarded with the rim paper or with the PCV rim, according to the customer’s needs.

For sides finish we suggest sides with glue up to the tops colors collection. Alternatively, the rims with glue, melamine or PCV rims.

- Easy removable stains
Paper towel, dry or wet duster.
- Marker pens, crayons, cigarettes, nail varnish, shoe polish.
Spirit or organic solvent (for example nail polish remover, acetone); after removing stains, surface has to be wash off with water.
- Juices, tea, coffee, red wine, grease, oil.
Wet towel with a little of washing-up liquid or washing powder; after removing stains, surface has to be wash off with water.
- Varnishes, paints, glues, resins.
Water and organic solvent; after removing stains, surface has to be wash off with water. Caution! Stains must be removing as fast as possible!

- Work surfaces EXPOL are put together into the packs protected with the corrugated board. Depending on tops length, packs are packed on three or four square-sawn timbers and clipped with the metal strip. Gloss tops are extra protected with a film.
